Cookies and data stored in your browser
- Necessary cookies: keeping you logged in (WordPress) and remembering your choice in the cookie banner. The site would not work without them – we use them without consent.
- Convenience data in your browser (not cookies; they never leave your device): ticked ingredients, the chosen number of servings, the ingredients entered in the “What’s in your kitchen?” search. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): to measure visits (how many visitors, which recipes are popular), only after your consent. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. – https://policies.google.com/privacy . Retention: at most 14 months, according to the Google Analytics setting.
- You can change or withdraw your cookie settings at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Embedded videos: recipe videos (YouTube in privacy-enhanced “nocookie” mode, Vimeo, Facebook) load only when you click “Watch the video”; the video provider then processes data under its own rules.
Share buttons: the Facebook, Pinterest and WhatsApp share buttons are plain links – we load no tracking code; data reaches the provider only if you click.
